Chapters are broken down and start with a story of some sort and then break into the relevant topic of the chapter. It’s easy to jump in at any section you find relevant. I especially thought the chapter called “Don’t Be Passionate” was relevant to me. I wouldn’t give this 5 stars because I did get bored, but I should re-read this in the future.
